Switched to a new iPhone and now sync and google authenticator aren't working

I was able to login to Zoho Mail after initially having some difficulties with setting up google authenticator on my phone.  Once I passed that hurdle however, Zoho app was not sending me push notifications as I requested in the settings.

I just tried to delete and re-install and now the Zoho is not verifying the google authenticator code.  I even tried texting a code to my phone, and that didn't work either.

Any help would be appreciated!
