Sync CRM Contacts to USER'S contacts on Office 365
I can see that the O365 sync is transferring contacts backwards and forwards between Zoho CRM and Office365. But it has created a separate address book in Office 365 called "Zoho CRM Contacts".
This address book is not used by Office/Outlook's email function so, when you create a new email in Office/Outlook, the contacts that have been brought through from Zoho do not appear.
Is there a way that I have missed to get the sync function to use the Office user's address book rather than create its own new one? I have seen a similar request relating to calendars but that didn't appear to have a happy ending.
Many thanks
Steve
