Sync Status Failed
I'm getting a Failed Sync Status when synchronising my survey with Zoho CRM.
It gives the reason code as:
4401: Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly.
I have checked the mandatory fields and everything is looking fine with the integration, so unable to see why it's not syncing.
