Synchronization issue with Mobile Edition

Hi,
it seems that I have issues when working from web-based Zoho CRM and iPhone/iPad app.
The issue is that when I enter some data in one, it cannot be found in the other.

Specifically - I have created an event in iPhone app, added a note for it and saved. When I look in the web-based app. I can see the person, the event, but CANNOT see the note. I cannot find it anywhere on the web !!
The other way around - I have created an opportunity in web-based version, linked it with company and contact person. In the web app. I can see it related to this person. But when I look in the iPhone version, I can see this person, but not the opportunity. I have to look directly in the list of opps.

It seems that the links among the entities are somehow not identical? 

I have RENAMED all the basic tabs in the web based app, but it does not seem to be an issue in general...

Can you help? If needed, I can provide specific data, but rather via e-mail / phone.
