Two of my coworkers are having an issue where when they add an event to their calendar using the Zoho Calendar app on their iOS phone, the event does not show up in the web version of their Zoho Calendar.

They have their calendar shared with me and our other coworkers, but similarly, when they create an event via their iOS app, it does not show up for us. When they create an event via the browser version there is no issue.

The remaining coworkers and I all use the android app and we do not have this problem.

Does anyone know what the issue might be, and how we might resolve it?
