Syncing issue

Hi Zoho Team,

I use Zoho Notebook an Android, Mac and web. The mobile and web versions sync just fine.
But I can't figure out how the Mac version fits into this. When I open the Mac Version. I can only see the Notes I creates on this very Mac. The "Sync now" prompt is greyed out. If I sign in, a second Notebook window opens with all the right, synced notes in it. But I always have to sign in manually. Is it possible to stay signed in? And why does a second Notebook window open? The first window (in night mode) always stays there unused because those notes wouldn't sync. I only write in the new (white) window to make sure everything is synchronized.
Could you shine a light on this confusing matter?
