Technical questions for a client,

We have a client with the following business need :

Since they are in TELECOM business, they provide to their clients:

Routers - either SALE or RENT (paid or included in a subscription)
One client will usually receive 50-200 routers (B2B) but also B2C where 1-2 routers are sold/rented.
One router will have one SIM card inside, which are activated.
And for a SIM card, they need to associate an IP.
So, for routers, we need to know which are sold/rented (and to whom) / available.
IPs need to be in a separate list where we can know at all times which IPs are assigned and which are available.
for SIMs - we need to know if active or not.

What ZOHO apps do you recommend we use to accomplish something like this?

I know I could handle it with custom modules in CRM.
Would Inventory handle this kind of task ? or other apps?

For the moment I would prefer not to go into Creator custom app.

Extra question: how should I handle in Inventory the routers which are rented?
When it is sold, the UNIT or the LOT is taken out of Inventory.
But whet it is rented, it should be just "immobilized" and then available again if rent terminates.
