Database in which received calls for a customer can be registered. Call data e.g. who called, their number and reason for the call can be submitted. This information can then automatically be emailed to the customer. The operator answering the call registers how much time has been involved with the call. At the end of a period (day/week/month), an invoice can be generated and emailed to the customer - idealy with some kind of logical connection to Zoho Books.
