Templates Access

There should be an option to grant users access to templates but not allow them to edit/delete templates.

In setup there is only one tick option for templates. This will give any user access to view as well as delete/edit.

This doesnt make sense as they could change any details without permission on a template. You still want them to be able to select a template to send out, but just not have the ability to edit/delete.
