The CRM sales orders are not synchronized with the Books

Hi,
We have a problem, the CRM sales orders are not synchronized with the Books sales orders and we need them.
What could be the problem?

We have synchronized all these orders between within the CRM and the CRM does not send the sales orders to Books:
