The incoming reply email notifications from customers are not appearing in my Bigin Premier

I have tried using the email notification workflow in Bigin, but it did not work. As a solution, I always check my Gmail for see customer reply emails notification. This is not effective. Is there a solution to display my customer contact email notifications in the Bigin notification?.
