Q - Is it possible to have follow-up done for an approval automatically?
A - Yes. This can be done while configuring an approval
Steps:
- From your home page, navigate to Settings > Approvals > Add Approval
- Select the form and give a name
- Set criteria (If required) and configure approver
- Check 'Enable follow-up option for this approval' and select 'One-time' or 'Repeat' based on your need
- If you have selected 'Repeat', enter the frequency in which the follow-up should be done
- Configure email template and click Save
To add follow-up option for already configured approvals:
- Navigate to Settings > Approvals
- Hover over the Approval name
- Click on the edit icon and check 'Enable follow-up option for this approval'
- Select 'One-time' or 'Repeat' based on your need
- If you have selected 'Repeat', enter the frequency in which the follow-up should be done
- Click Save
