Consider a scenario where you would like to set up entitlement for new employees with the following specifications:
Type: Sick Leave
Count: 12 days per year
Condition: Employees who join after the 15th of a month should be eligible for half a day leave for that month
Not sure how to achieve this? Depending on the joining date, you can be as accurate as defining the leave count right from the month of joining. Take a look at this video.
