The UK Edition of Zoho Invoice is Now Available!

The UK edition of Zoho Invoice helps business owners like yourself to file VAT returns easily. So it's time to say goodbye to the manual VAT calculations, and start using Zoho Invoice. 

Here are the main features of this edition. 

1. Calculation of VAT on transactions
Zoho Invoice automatically calculates the VAT amount you need to collect from your customers and the VAT amount you need to reclaim for the expenses you have incurred.  A detailed composition of various rates, is also available right on the invoice or the expense. 

2. VAT Summary Report
This report provides a summary of VAT charged on your invoices and expenses, with a complete breakdown of Output VAT, Input VAT, Acquisition VAT and Reverse Charge VAT. At the time of filing, you can simply run this report and fill in your VAT returns easily.

 

3. 'HMRC' compliant VAT invoices 
If you sell goods and services to VAT registered customers in the European Union , you can send HMRC compliant VAT invoices in their respective currencies. Invoices in a foreign currency will also show the total VAT payable in GBP as per HMRC’s guidelines.

 

4. EC Sales List Report

This report will provide the details of the goods and services sold to customers who are based in the European Union, along with their VAT registration number and country code. 

5. VAT MOSS Report
This report will detail the sales transactions of digital services you rendered, including the country of your customers, and the tax amount payable.
