Third Party Cookies and Zoho Desk and Customers
I've set up Zoho One for my soon to be launched business, but I'm struggling with using Zoho Desk. Struggling enough that I've duplicated my portal on Freshdesk just in case. My concern with Zoho Desk is I'm worried that a small company is going to have a hard time satisfying customers when they need to change the default settings on their browser to create an account on my portal.
Now that all major browsers default to blocking third party cookies, what is everyone's experience with customers having a hard time creating accounts and loging in. How are you handling the challenge?
Thanks in advance for the advice!!
