September 5th is the occasion to applaud and appreciate the efforts of our teachers. Our teachers have generously and selflessly toiled to empower our future generations. Ideally, we should recognize this contribution every day, but today let's go one step further and make a special effort to show our gratitude.
So we went ahead and identified problems that are faced by the teaching community. Few of them are reduced student interest which is due to less engaging classrooms and interactions being one-way.
Zoho ShowTime - The Teacher's Pet:
With Zoho ShowTime, classes no longer need to be one-way. Make interactions two-way by making your students feel included and invited to participate in discussions.
Virtual class:
Conduct classes for students who are spread across the globe. Students who might have fallen sick need not miss classes anymore. Connect with them and teach virtually.
Learning, on their terms:
Every student learns at his/her own pace. With ShowTime, during the class, your students can refer back to the earlier slides to clarify their doubts.
Instant polling:
Conduct tests and assessments during the class to measure the knowledge of your students. Be aware of how much they have learnt and make adjustments to your class accordingly.
Online Q&A:
Empower shy students to pose questions during the class by allowing them to send text questions. Project these questions and answer them immediately for the benefit of the entire class.
Slide "likes"
Allow your students to 'like a slide' so that they can appreciate or applaud the slide content or animation.
