Implementation of the Week
- Auto-assignment of Desk tickets based on CRM Owners using Zoho Flow
- On new ticket creation, a flow is triggered
- Fetches Contact, and then Account information from CRM for Desk Contact on file for the ticket
- Writes owner of CRM Account (could be defined at Contact level) into Ticket as Ticket Owner

Things We Noticed
- Zoho Subscriptions default Customer Type for a subscription is “Business”, and cannot be changed to “Individual”
- This may cause some issues downstream with the sync from Books/Subscriptions into CRM
