  • CRM-Desk Integration to submit deployment/change requests via CRM actions

    • Custom module related to Accounts module to store products/services purchased by a customer Account

    • When additions/edits are made to this list, data is rolled up at Account level and submitted via function to Desk to notify technical team of required updates

    • This automates the hand-off from sales to implementation teams and limits necessary communication to begin change process
