Hello Zoho Team!

I switched to your zoho support last year and apart from the odd niggle, it's been great.  

Now on to zoho assist.

For my remote support, I used to use simple help (due to price) but it the client installer was blocked by many of the main AV programs making assisted connections a frustrating experience. I bit the bullet and switched to gotoassist which has been great apart from the serious price tag that came with it.  I am due to renew this in April but I am now testing zoho assist which so far looks very promising. 

The unattended support is absolutely critical and in it's current format it's workable but far from convenient. The ability to organise clients into groups and rename them is essential and when I read forum posts from 5 months ago that this is coming soon, alarm bells start to ring and I question your definition of soon™

Can you give an estimate on when this is likely to be implemented?

        Unattended Access (Beta) is live!   Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members.  My Computers  list in Zoho Assist home page will  always  display the online status of your unattended computers. You can rename the computers whenever you wish.  Currently, Unattended Access can be configured only for Windows computers. Nevertheless,
