Timestamp for submitted forms is not my Organization timezone?

Hi,

I have just set up a new form, and noticed during testing that the timestamp is Los Angeles, not GMT London UK.

I can find where to change it in forms..

Why is this module not picking up my organization Timezone? I have Zoho One account.
