Tiny Tip Tuesday #16

Tiny Tip Tuesday #16

Make your surveys multilingual

For most companies dealing with global customers and employees, it is essential to make sure you can communicate in a language your respondents are more familiar and comfortable with. Obviously, reaching out to people in their preferred language will help increase the response rate.

With Zoho Survey, you can translate your surveys to over 70 languages. This includes being able to simultaneously translate the same survey in multiple languages and have your respondents choose which language they want to answer in.

Alternatively, you can also set a default language for the survey. For example, you can create different collectors for your survey based on different languages and set a default language for each of them. That way, the survey will open directly in that language and eliminate the need to choose one.

And for Zoho Survey users all over the world, the builder is available in 10 other languages—French, German, Spanish, Portugese, Russian, Dutch, Thai, Bahasa, Japanese, and Chinese (simplified)—so you can use the platform in your preferred tongue.
