Tiny Tip Tuesday #59

Tiny Tip Tuesday #59

When restricting your participants from submitting multiple responses, it is important to inform them about it in the right manner. This month, let's focus on a small tip to let respondents know that their survey response has been received or cannot be edited anymore through the Response Editing Restriction Page. The message on this page can be customised through the Rich text editor.
  1. Insert variables like name, job title, and product, to connect better with the participant. You can construct the content in such a way that the respondent is informed gently about the response editing restriction. For example, it can be set as,
    'Hello Cathy,
Your response to the survey has been recorded already.
    Thank you'
  2. Use links to redirect the participant to other products or services.
  3. Insert images or embed videos to illustrate what you can provide as alternatives to the participant.
