Tip #10: Trabaja de forma eficiente con el Calendario de Zoho CRM

Hoy llegamos al tip número 10, lo que indica que nuestra comunidad ya cuenta con una decena de consejos y trucos para Zoho CRM - los cuales espero os estén ayudando. En el de hoy, veremos cómo organizar nuestro calendario de CRM, de forma que veamos aquellos eventos y actividades que realmente nos importan.

Tip #10: Trabaja de forma eficiente con el Calendario de Zoho CRM
El calendario supone una gran ayuda para los profesionales que van de evento a evento, o de actividad a actividad. Dos clásicos ejemplos son los comerciales, con sus visitas y llamadas a los clientes; y el personal de marketing, con la asistencia a ferias y otros eventos. La organización es clave por dos motivos obvios:
  • Preparar cada evento con antelación.
  • No perderse ninguno.

En un mar de citas de trabajo y días importantes, te dejo unos consejos para que tú elijas lo que ver y no te pierdas nada relevante.

Consejo #1: Configura tus preferencias y deja tu calendario "limpio"
Así es. Limpia los eventos y citas que no te interesen ajustando las preferencias del calendario. Puedes decidir que el CRM te esconda los eventos pasados, o aquellos a los que hayas decidido no asistir. Para hacerlo, ve a Opciones > Preferencias y decide, entre otros, cómo quieres ver tu calendario.



Consejo #2: Utiliza diferentes vistas
Puedes tener diferentes vistas del calendario que te faciliten el trabajo, cualquiera que sea tu rol. Desde las vistas clásicas (día, semana, mes) hasta vistas más específicas de CRM, como visualizar actividades por jerarquía. Por ejemplo, si formas parte de la dirección comercial, puedes ver qué citas tienen tus miembros de equipo, y así poder cuadrar una reunión durante un día y hora que a todos os venga bien. También puedes tener vistas específicas a los grupos que pertenezcas, o por territorios. Para seleccionar la vista haz clic en la parte superior izquierda y elige la que más te convenga.



Consejo #3: Un calendario es suficiente.
Tu vida está formada por eventos profesionales, personales y sociales, así que, ¿por qué no poder verlo todo desde un mismo calendario? Zoho CRM puede sincronizarse con otros calendarios, como Google, Outlook, Office 365 y Apple (iOS), para que puedas ver y editar cualquier evento desde cualquier dispositivo.
