Tip 3: Connect your chatbot with Zoho applications without coding

Are you using other Zoho Applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Campaigns to push the details you get in Zoho SalesIQ to CRM, integrate Desk tickets with SalesIQ, or add an automated mail list for Zoho campaigns with criteria? Then, this integration block can ease the work by helping you to include/automate the process in your chatbot without any coding. The Codeless bot platform offers pre-built integration blocks for Zoho CRM, Desk, and Campaigns. 

You can just drag-drop elements listed below into your chatbot flow without complex tasking. 
 

 
Associate Lead  - This block can be used to convert a visitor to lead in Zoho CRM along with their details.
Associate Contact - This block can be used to convert a visitor to contact in Zoho CRM with their information such as name, email and more.
Associate Deal - This block can be used to create a deal for the visitor along with the stage of deal, closing date, deal estimate in Zoho CRM.
Associate Ticket - This block allows to create a ticket for the visitor with their issue status, priority, classification, description, and more in Zoho Desk.
Add to mailing list - This block can be used for adding the visitor to the Zoho Campaign list.

For Instance, you have a campaign mailing list option with a criteria router in your chatbot flow right after receiving the information from the visitor. Then, getting a periodic mailing list is automated in a few minutes. 
 
Note: This option will work if you have integrated with the Zoho Apps in the Settings > Integration section.
