Tip #3: Start with a template and build your own Zobot

So, find a chatbot template that’s right for yours. SalesIQ's pre-built chatbot use cases or templates are ready-to-use and fully built, can be chosen and modified according to your requirements and launched on your business website with very little effort. 

Where can I find these templates?

To begin building your Zobot using one of our templates,
  • Navigate to Settings > Zobot.
  • Give your Zobot a name.
  • Choose the platform - SalesIQ Scripts.
  • Complete all the basic configuration required to get your bot going.
  • Inside the bot builder, click on the Choose a template option at the top right corner.



  • A window opens up with all the templates available in SalesIQ.
  • Choose one based on your requirements, make all the modifications necessary and publish the bot on your site.
