こんにちは。
今回はCRMのかんばんビューを紹介します。

CRMでは毎日多くのデータを扱いますよね。
各タブをクリックすると、パイプライン上で様々な段階にあるデータが何百と表示されます。特定のステータスやステージで絞り込まなくても、自動的にソートされた状態で表示された方がはるかに見やすくなりますよね。

Zoho CRMのかんばんビューは、特定のカテゴリ別にデータを表示でき、一目見ただけで現状を簡単に把握し、ボトルネック解消に役立ちます。 



そして、かんばんビューが便利なのはただ表示形式を変えるだけではありません。

見込み客/商談のデータをドラッグ&ドロップしてステージを変更
見込み客のステータスや商談ステージを更新する際に、いちいちデータの詳細画面を開く必要はありません。カテゴリをまたいでデータをドラッグ&ドロップするだけで、簡単に変更できます。

CRMに未登録の連絡先をワンクリックで見込み客または連絡先に追加
