Tip #46: Classify important information with column customization in Qntrl

Qntrl allows you to customize particular data that should be displayed when you view the cards of different business processes, instead of spending time to look or search for cards with specific details.

By default, Qntrl summarizes the view by presenting information related to the processes and SLAs, such as the card id, title, stage, creation on, assignee, priority, and so on. Such default configuration may or may not contain the exact business data you are looking for instantly.

Defining which data to display can be done by customizing the columns by clicking the Settings icon to the left of Card ID. Here, you can only enable the button for the columns you want to be displayed.

Note that in the orchestration shortcut tab, both default fields and field labels specific to only that orchestration will be displayed.

More importantly, you can also create and use custom views to increase the rate of productivity, by grouping and displaying only relevant cards in an orchestration so that the cards requiring utmost attention are always in your view.

Try to customize the columns and custom views today and explore unique ways to use them in your organization. Leave your comments below or email us at support@qntrl.com.
