Tip of the week #32 - Manage customer support activities within your inbox using the Zoho Desk extension



Zoho Desk is a customer service help desk software to manage customer support activities effectively. The Zoho Desk extension in Zoho TeamInbox lets you perform the following activities.
  • View assigned and unassigned tickets - You can view all the open tickets from your Zoho Desk account that have been assigned or not assigned yet, right next to a thread. You can also comment on the tickets and filter them based on different criteria.
  • Create and assign new tickets - You can create tickets directly from an email in your inbox. You can also assign the tickets to the right person directly from Zoho TeamInbox.
  • View tickets based on cases - You can also view the tickets based on different filters such as Agents, Status, or Channel.
