Mark threads as duplicate



Are duplicate emails cluttering up your team’s inbox and causing confusion? When a customer sends the same email to different addresses, it often ends up in multiple inboxes — creating duplicate conversations and extra work.
Use the Mark as duplicate option to flag these emails and choose the primary thread your team should work on. This way, your team instantly knows it’s already been received (and maybe even replied to), saving time and avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth.

To mark a thread as duplicate
  1. In your Zoho TeamInbox account, click open the thread you want to mark as a duplicate.
  2. From the preview pane, click on More Options and select Mark as duplicate.
  3. Next, select the primary thread from your team's inboxes and click Set as Primary thread.
In the preview pane of the primary thread, you’ll be able to see the linked duplicate thread.
