Did you know that you can create a workspace similar to another workspace in Zoho Analytics?

For instance, you want to create similar reports and dashboards for three different clients having the same type of data set. Here, you do not have to create the new workspaces from scratch, multiple times. Instead, create a workspace with all the needed reports and dashboards (which acts as a template) and duplicate the same. Let's see how to do this.

1. Click the More Actions icon of the Workspace.
   
2. Select Duplicate Workspace.
   






3. The Duplicate Workspace dialog will open.
   






4. Unselect the With data checkbox.
   
5. Click OK.
   

A new Workspace with the same structure (design, tables, reports, dashboards etc) will be created. The tables will be empty and you can import the data alone.
