Tips and Tricks #39: Edit embed code properties of a published Zoho Show presentation

Hello Everyone!

Even after you embed your presentation on a web page, you may want to adjust its size so that it fits well within the available space or border to it so that it is very prominent to the viewers. This can be done easily using Show.

Show offers a wide range of options to help you customize a published presentation.  All you need to do is open your slide deck, click Share, and then click Published Details at the top-right corner of the screen. You can edit different properties of the embed code, including changing the visibility range of the presentation.

You can set a pattern, background, or border for the presentation to make it look appealing on the web page. For example, you can set Polygon pattern for a 3-D effect.

If required, you can also display your profile details, add explanations to the slides, and adjust the size of the published presentation.

Note: You can also enter your own values to set the size for embedding the presentation.

You can also let users share or download your presentations.  The Latest Version switch lets you sync your most recent changes in the slide deck.

Using the Advanced Options button, you can choose the way you want to play your presentation, either automatically or in a loop.

Once you edit the embed code properties, you can copy the link of the published file and share it with individuals through any messaging platform. You can also email the presentation to anyone on the Internet.

Note: You can also share a published presentation with teams within your organization through social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
