to create 2 different language bot flows in zobot?

Hello,

I want to create 2 different  Zobot flows with codeless bot builder for my website languages: Turkish and English.  First of all, I don't want to use Dialogflow that will defect the language and translate with Google. I want to create a flow with canned texts. if it doesn't answer the customer's needs, he/she can automatically connect to Sales representative. I just checked canned replies  in Sales Iq but i didn't understand the difference from Zobot  and how can show these canned replies on chatbot of my website?
 
As I said, I dislike detecting the language and Google translate. i need  exact messages to help customers. how should I go about separating my chatbots in 2 different languages?
