Too many clicks?

Too many clicks?

I have a question: How do i rate a candidate, add tags & change status in 1 click

Right now it's pretty cumbersome. I click on a candidate profile - Review the profile and star it accordingly. Now again i go back and click on the candidate profile to change the status.

Do you know how tedious it can become when you have hundreds of candidates to review? Well, it's easier said than done. Why do i have to click multiple times to do some basic work?

Is there a work around for this to minimze the number of clicks?
