Totally confused about "MFA"
I am not technical. I don't want to be technical. All I want is to be able to access my email from (1) my PC (2) my iphoneXR.
Everything has been working great for months on my old iPhone5 and PC (Thunderbird). Upgraded to an iphoneXR .
Found I had to delete the ZOHO app, re-install. That got email working on both devices.
Then today I got something about "MFA".
OK, so I followed those instructions (not really knowing what I was doing).
Now my iPhone XR works but all I get on my PC is:
"We couldn't access this account: You might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to your account".
Do the folks that dream this stuff up really think us 'mere mortals' have any idea what to do???????
