Tracking incoming calls on mobile phone

My sales team make and receive all calls using a mobile phone, no integration with a VOIP/PABX system.

I would like to know if Zoho allows automatic tracking of inbound and outbound calls on a mobile phone (in Australia).

Is this possible, do I need any integration or is it native within Zoho mobile?
