All equipment is unique to the specific location with an assigned group and subgroup for the location. Calculate "next service" date based on specified service interval specific to each unique piece of equipment. Add new location and new equipment records easily. Record multiple common tasks performed on unique equipment items. Generate reports for:1) all tasks performed to all equipment for a specific location over a given date range, 2) all task preformed to all equipment within a group and or subgroup for a specific location over a given date range, 3)all task performed to specific pieces of equipment over a defined date range, 4) all equipment items that are past due for maintenance at a specific location, 5) all equipment items that are past due within one or multiple groups and or subgroups for a specific location, 6) all equipment items for a specific location that will be due for service within a defined date range, 7) all equipment items within a group and or subgroup for a specific location that will be due for service within a defined date range, 8) all tasks performed by an individual technician for one or many locations over a defined date range, 9) all equipment items serviced by an individual technician for one or many locations over a defined date range, 10) daily count sheet that shows all tasks performed by a specific technician for a specific location on a given day ...this would be a combined count for all task (not broken down by equipment items). Will need to to have login, data input, record creation, record modification, report requests and presentation accessed and viewed from our website. Ability to convert reports to PDF and download or email directly from our website interface for this database.
