I am an "Organization Admin" in Zoho Analytics, and I'm managing the whole thing on my own. Eventually, I'm gonna be an "Account Admin" so that I have no further issues or restrictions, but for now, I'm not. My problem is that I'm working on a Data Dource synchronized with Zoho Desk, but this data source was created for me by the current "Account Admin", hence I'm not the owner of it.
Because of that, I'm not able to update the scheduling settings, nor am I able to at least view how the options were set (especially
this one, in my case).
So my question is: is there a way as an Organization Admin to transfer a Data Source ownership? Is it even possible for an Account Admin? I have lots of reports based on tables from that source, I cannot afford to lose them if the only way is to delete the Data Source, and create it anew with my own account.
Subsidiary question: when the change will come, and I get full power as an Account Admin, will I simply get the rights to act as so, or will I be transferred all belongings of the previous Admin Account?
