We are setting up individual surveys for different blocks in my neighborhood. We want to give residents the security to know that their responses will only be seen by the individual block captain on their block, and not by the rest of the neighborhood. Thus each block captain needs to send out a copy of the same survey, and we would like to forego the cost of setting up a paid account for all of these dozen or so block captains.

Another related question is how do I see responses for a survey published by a trial account about to end, or already ended.
