Translation of one field

Translation of one field

Hi, I can't find the way to translate one field.

It's "Choose File".




Everything else is fine. 
I was able to translate a couple of error messages (why 80% of the error message are fine but 20% are in the wrong langage!?) but can't find a way to change "Choose file".
