Hi there;
In a billing project in Zoho creator, within a form, I use a Subform for the items, which is very normal.
The problem is that for Zoho record consumption purposes, Zoho considers each rows of the subform as a record.
And causes consumption of up to 10-15 records when generating an invoice.
This causes that without realizing it, when creating a single record of an invoice, you consumed 10 to 15 more records for the subform. And this causes excessive consumption of records and you have to change plans.
The solution is, within the form where the invoice is made, change the current subform for a blank one. It was tried, but when deleting the previous subform the items from the previous invoices were deleted.
Already recovered in backup. In chat with zoho support, it recommends using a script to copy these items and then change the subform as I said before and finally delete the previous subforms to recover the records that have been consumed.
The solution is confusing to me.
I want to know if it has happened to someone else on the forum, and how do I solve it. Please!
Thank you very much! I appreciate your help.
