Is it possible to create some kind of automated integration between Trello and ZOHO-Connect? (perhaps through third-party app?)

I would like to have cards (and lists) created on a certain Trello-board automatically become cards/lists on the boards in ZOHO-Connect. The current "integration" does not do that - it only notifies when a card/list has been created, deleted, etc (depending on which items you select) in Trello.
