I've been looking for answer during some time, sadly, but couldn't find any.
Probably someone has an idea? Would appreciate any tips.

Example 1.
The client is interested in booking an Hotel room.
He fills out the web-form on the landing page of this particular hotel (on OUR website),  
And we want to share the client's contacts with Hotel's representatives (which doesn't have Zoho subscriptions), so they follow up his request.

In this case the representative should receive an email with client's contacts and date of booking.

As I see it, there should be the option of catching the URL (where the form is located) and associate it with a specific Account/Hotel.
 
We could add this link to Hotel's Account probably.



Example 2.
We manage 3 types of services, provided by 100+ different companies.
Rent-a-Car/Aerial/Taxi.

So the email be received by companies, following specific criteria, like Rent-a-Car company.  

Here is the thing. The total quantity of companies is about 100, so there is no option of having a Zoho CRM acc for each one.

The support offered to look at Additional Recipients. But it means every of this 100 companies will see the other recipients, if I am not wrong.
Adding an "Additional recipients" has no option for specifying criteria? Service providing company, that corresponds specific criteria.

And I see the conditional Workflow in Zoho Campaigns neither have the option to choose criteria using custom created fields in Zoho CRM, right?
So we can't choose only the companies related to Aerial Transport...
