unable to connect Bigin to IMAP

I actually connect and Bigin gives me a message saying configuration successful, however I cannot receive incoming emails.

I know they are connected to a contact, and I can send outbound email just fine, but no matter what I do I cannot get inbound.

Any advice appreciated.
