Unable to connect to Unattended Access machine after reboot

This morning I was remoted in to a server to do maintenance. I restarted the computer, but ZoHo Assist is showing the computer as offline and has for a few hours now.

I know the device is online and has an internet connection because I am able to access the information it hosts via client-side software.
What's weird is ZoHo Assist shows an active user under the Active User section.
I am unable to connect to the computer as it just shows the Power on button.

Is there anyway to fix this remotely? Is this something that I'm going to have to worry about in the future?
