Unable to create a new request in ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) from Zoho Flow

I have an action set up to create a new request in ServiceDesk Plus, but it fails with a strange error.

"ServiceDesk Plus Cloud says "Error Code :\n4001, Error\nMessage :Unable to parse the given data for id ,\nField :id , Type :failed""

But there's no ID to add to the action, given that SDP is responsible for assigning a new ID to the new request. Am I missing something, or is this an issue in Flow's SDP Cloud API implementation?
