Unable to Create Duplicate Help Center Content

Unable to Create Duplicate Help Center Content

There is a severe flaw in design for multi-branding and the help centers .So far work-rounds are not possible by this flawed design.

It has been covered here before that in multi-branding mode you cannot share articles between two different help centers. Meaning, Help Centers are attached to departments. One help center for one department. Okay fine, so you would think the solution is to simply duplicate the category structure and articles between two different help centers right? Wrong! Once the category names and permalinks are used in the first help center you cannot use them in the second. Even if both your help centers use different domains. So, it seems the categories and links are relative without taking into account there is a different domain and to allow the duplication.

Zoho, if you have two different help centers because you have two different brands, how do you create categories with the same names like Manuals or Troubleshooting. Certainly we cannot call the duplicates Manuals2 or Troubleshooting2.

How do you use multiple help centers if you cannot create the same structure between them? It's bad as we are not allowed to share articles between help centers. It is even worse that we cannot duplicate the content (categories and articles) between the help centers too. What to do here?

Regards,
Drew
