Unable to embed video in Zoho wiki knowledge base
Regardless of how I embed the video, the code is truncated. I have discussed this issue with Zoho tech, and Iframe supposedly poses a security threat. When I use standard html coding, the video will appear in the preview pane, and editing window. Once it is submitted it is immediately truncated; sometimes blank, and sometimes "null". I did have a few different wiki articles that had embedded video in them from about 6 months ago, using the iframe format, and they were working fine, but have all now vanished as well. I am forced to use a hyperlink instead
In lieu of using <object> , <video>, <embed>, none of these formats work. If this feature is advertised in the wysiwyg, why doesn't it work? It has been some time after being told tech support was working on it. Multiple tickets have been submitted, and no further progress has been made. This is a huge issue not being able to embed video, especially being a claimed feature. I do not want my customers to have to use external links outside of the zoho portal. Without this feature, it renders my portal nearly useless, or extremely limited. Any attention to this is greatly appreciated.
