Unable to find "Business Hours" for chat
Hi there,
Not sure if I'm going crazy here but I don't seem to find the settings to set the Business Hours for the Zoho chat. I found a Zoho article
here where it says "
In Settings > Brands > Your brand name, Click on Business hours on the top right corner." - When I navigate as instructed, I cannot find anything that's related to Business Hours, that is including any icons that indicate business hours.
Now, bear in mind that I am using the "Free" version, does this have anything to do with it?
Any help will be appreciated.
