Somehow i am getting the impression that Zoho Mail is deactivated for my account, it's hard to explain.
I can access and login to mail directly via
https://mail.zoho.eu/, i am receiving mails sent to my address but this is where the trouble begins.
Any mail i try to open i get an Oops (or in german translation "Hoppla! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Wiederholen") and no mail content. On the other hand if i have a conversation with a reply i can read the beginning of the mail in the preview. Also sending mails is not a problem.
Additionally i dont have the permission to add any group (as superadmin).
If i try to get to Mail from any other app it is not there to select. Like in Zoho One if i search for apps and enter "Mail" there is no app with that name available.
It IS in fact visible in the "App settings directory" but without owner or member and clicking on it to look into its settings i am getting another message that i am not allowed to perform this action.
Any way to resolve this issue?
Update: Reading mails is possible now by some miracle. But the main problem persists:
- From Zoho One i cant enter "Zoho Mail" because it is just not there to select
- Entering "App Settings Directory" and looking at the apps shows me that Mail does not have an owner and no members (not even me as a superadmin) - therefore i am unable to select any owner (not even myself).
I guess this might be the main problem. Nobody "owns" the Mail-App in my organization and therefore nobody can select a new owner or any owner at all or add new members, because only admins and owners are allowed to do that.
So hopefully somebody from the support-team can reinstate the superadmin as app-owner
