Unable to Rollup Calculations
I have data related to several forms in my system.
"Raw Material" is Form 1 and is the name of the item I want to roll up totals for with related forms.
I
have a lookup field in Form 2 "Production" that relates the record to
"Raw Material". I will have several "Production" records for the
related "Raw Material". I have Two Formulas that sum information in the "Production" form.
I
have a third form related to "Raw Material" and "Production" called
"Finished Products" that also relates to there is a calculation in this
form as well.
What I need is to roll up up the totals from each of these forms as they relate to the original Raw Material.
I
have tried to do this in a pivot table, but it appears that Zoho has
removed the functionality that used to exist to add related forms to the
pivot table.
I have tried:
- a list report but it just lists each item and amount.
- a spreadsheet but it lists each amount with a break in the cell.
Is
there any way to create a rollup calculation in Zoho Creator for this
situation? Is there another solution within Zoho that may complete this
task that I am not thinking about that would do this rollup and report
in the creator app?
